Kansas anti-trans “Bathroom Bounty” bill part of far right war on all workers

This alone marks it as perhaps the most cruel and repressive anti-trans legislation passed to date. Yet in addition to this, the bill also directs state agencies to revoke the identification documents of any trans person that do not reflect their 'birth sex.' In essence, the bill is a total criminalization of trans existence in public life.
