🏥 Pediatric hospitals all over the country have been making abrupt decisions to halt health care for transgender youth -- even in states where such care is still legal. But now, a group of families in California is fighting back. They've filed a lawsuit against Rady Children's Health, accusing the hospital of discriminating against trans patients.

The gay tech titans we wrote about in our March/April cover story are making more news this week. In a new interview, Apple CEO Tim Cook described himself as "not political," and said he doesn't want people spending too much time on their smartphones. ("That's rich," according to columnist Josh Ackley.)

Peter Thiel, meanwhile, is up to something... very different. He's been giving lectures about the Antichrist — in Rome. The Vatican, as you can imagine, isn't thrilled.

Until next time,
