Evil John Rytting who shrugged off death of girl, 4, after feeding her drugs as 'whatever', dies in prison

John Rytting who had fed a concoction of prescription and illicit drugs to a four-year-old girl until the youngster died of a cardiac arrest has passed away in prison.
