Ryanair update as it abandons European capital with Manchester flights affected

Ryanair is closing its Berlin base and cutting passenger numbers from 4.5 million to 2.2 million after Berlin Airport announced a further 10% fee increase, with UK flights to Manchester, Birmingham, London and Edinburgh among those affected.
