Weekly limits reset date suddenly changed

I can’t tell if I’m talking to a human or just an automated system. If the latter, please escalate to a human. I was considering upgrading my personal plan from Plus to Pro as I began to make more use of Codex, but I will absolutely not be doing so with such capricious and poorly-explained usage limits. If you want paying customers, you can’t go screwing around with them like this. Customers pay for “weekly”, they expect usage to in fact be measured on a weekly basis. Seven-day windows with gaps between them are not weekly. Arbitrary uncommunicated schedule changes are not weekly. I’ve personally had better experiences with Codex than any other similar product in terms of output, but the arbitrary enforcement of usage limits is obnoxious and makes it impossible to rely seriously on Codex.
