Thanks for the details, @0xZOne. I can see why that's confusing if you were expecting an upgrade but ended up with two active subscriptions.
Please create a support ticket by emailing support@openai.com with your account email and Google Play order numbers. Once you have a case ID , reply here with it and we can check further.
