"textContent": "Hi OpenAI Staff / Moderation Team,\n\nMy paid ChatGPT Plus account was suddenly deactivated, and I believe it is an entirely false-positive trigger by the automated system filters. I am a creative writer who writes dark, macabre, and horror fiction. It appears the automated system classifier completely misinterpreted the mature thematic elements of my creative writing projects. I want to clarify that all content is strictly adult-oriented fiction and fully complies with standard terms. I submitted a formal appeal through the help center three days ago, but I have not received a update. I don’t have my support ticket number since I deleted the email that was sent to me with it. However, I am actively being billed for a Plus subscription that I am entirely locked out of. I have the direct Request ID from my authentication error screen so a moderator can look up my file.\n\nCould an official OpenAI Team member please look at this?\n\n * **Request ID:** 97b6e9d0-1cee-433f-87e0-d8da4dcedb80\n * **Account Status:** Active Paid Plus Subscription\n\n\n\n(Note: I am happy to provide the email address associated with the account via private message to any official staff member who responds to this thread.)\n\nThank you for your help!",
