Feature Request: Introducing a Fine Art Exception for Public Figure Image Policies

My proposal is not intended to reduce those protections. Rather, I hope OpenAI might consider whether traditional fine art could be evaluated differently from photorealistic imagery, since the artistic context and the potential for deception are often quite different.
