"textContent": "I am currently subscribed to the Pro 5x plan. However, I have encountered an issue when using GPT-5.5 on the ChatGPT web interface.\n\nSpecifically, when I select GPT-5.5 Instant, GPT-5.5 Medium, GPT-5.5 Pro, or GPT-5.5 Pro Extended, the conversation is redirected to GPT-5.3 Mini instead of GPT-5.5. In contrast, when I select GPT-5.5 High or GPT-5.5 Extra High, the model is displayed as GPT-5.5 Thinking as expected.\n\nAdditionally, when the model switches to GPT-5.3 Mini, there is no indication or warning about any usage limits being reached. I am confident that in the past month I have sent fewer than 50 messages to Pro models, and in the past 5 hours I have sent fewer than 5 messages. Despite this, I am still being redirected to GPT-5.3 Mini.\n\nTo troubleshoot, I have already tried using different browsers, clearing cache, using incognito/private mode, and testing on the iOS app. On iOS, I am able to activate Pro mode, but it behaves abnormally: the reasoning process stops after about 2 minutes and outputs an answer, while the reasoning progress bar only reaches about halfway. Previously, the same type of queries would take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete reasoning.\n\nCould you please help me check whether this is an account-level access issue, a web interface routing issue, or an expected behavior under the Pro 5x plan?\n\nMy account email is: 2mxk2vb7hg@privaterelay.appleid.com\n\nThank you for your help.",
