Banked Codex Usage Reset Never Received

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice regarding the banked codex limtes reset that was mentioned by Tibo from OpenAI on X/Twitter. From what I understood, paid subscribers were supposed to receive a one-time usage reset. I have seen Tibo mention this several times, and several friends of mine who are also using ChatGPT Business have already received the reset. However, I am also a ChatGPT Business user, but I have never received reset even once. I have contacted OpenAI Support by email, but so far the issue has not been resolved. Has anyone else using ChatGPT Business experienced the same situation? Is there any specific eligibility requirement, rollout condition, or account setting that could explain why some Business users received the reset while others did not? I would really appreciate any guidance from the community or from OpenAI staff if possible. I just want to understand whether my account was missed or whether there is another reason. Thank you.
