"textContent": "I’d like to suggest a small but very useful improvement to Codex usage limits.\n\nRight now, the limit is structured around a fixed rolling window, for example every 5 hours. For developers who work in concentrated sessions, this can be frustrating. I might only have 1-2 focused coding days per week, and during those days I can hit the limit very quickly, even though I am not necessarily using Codex heavily throughout the entire week.\n\nIt would be very helpful if users could choose how to distribute their weekly Codex allowance within the existing overall limit.\n\nFor example:\n\n * Use the allowance gradually with the current rolling-window model\n * Allocate more usage to specific days\n * Use most of the weekly allowance in one focused work session\n * Adjust the distribution in settings without making it complicated\n\n\n\nThe total weekly usage limit does not need to change. The idea is simply to give developers more flexibility over how that limit is used.\n\nThis would be especially useful for students, freelancers, and developers who work in batches rather than every day.\n\nThanks!",
