Deactivated my paid accounts is unfair, continued Appeal: No Refund – Unjust and Disrespectful

Dear OpenAI Team,

You banned my accounts (pro and plus) with no reason at Jun 30, two times appeal and “uphold our decision to suspend your access to OpenAI”??? Is this the way you guys treat paid users？

Your suspension explanation is vague and fails to cite any specific policy I violated. I have used this account for nearly three years – I would never risk it by breaking rules. Your security system has wrongly affected many users, as seen in your community forum. Are you ignoring paying customers? You suspended my accounts without cause, blocked refunds, and caused data and financial loss. Both my accounts are paid, and I have no violations. Even applying for new accounts would make me anxious. I have mild depression, and now I can’t sleep or eat. I am furious and will appeal relentlessly, because your disregard for user rights is deeply disappointing.
