Web: Switching to GPT‑5.5 Pro redirects to GPT‑5.3 mini

My GPT-5.5 Pro has been redirected to GPT-5.3 mini for five days now. Switching browsers and using incognito mode doesn’t work either. I paid $200—please resolve this.
