After five full days of waiting, the official team rejected my appeal outright, with zero detailed explanation—just like all other users who encountered this identical mass suspension incident.\n\nI suspect our cases have not received proper attention from a dedicated human review team at all. Instead, automated AI systems were used to conduct all follow-up reviews and generate standardized rejection replies. This creates a vicious loop: flawed AI detection caused the wrongful account bans in the first place, and the same flawed AI is then tasked with re-examining those banned accounts. This perfectly explains why every one of us received identical generic denial messages, with no breakdown of specific rule violations tied to our individual accounts.\n\nWe can also clearly observe an obvious disparity in support priority between ChatGPT Plus users and Google Play ChatGPT Pro users. When Plus subscribers encounter account issues, their tickets get resolved quickly.
