"textContent": "My account was suddenly deactivated on the evening of June 24, and I believe this may have been a false positive from the automated risk-control system.\n\nI’ve already submitted an appeal to OpenAI Support (Case ID: C-5L5l4UlyPzi7), but I still haven’t received any meaningful update. I understand these issues are normally handled through Support, so apologies for posting here — I’m only doing so because the account contains very important work and research history that I currently cannot access.\n\nSome context:\n\n * My account has been active for nearly 3 years\n\n * I’ve been a ChatGPT Pro subscriber for months via Google Play\n\n * My usage is entirely normal (research, coding, etc.)\n\n * I have never intentionally violated OpenAI’s Terms or Usage Policies\n\n\n\n\nThe account contains a large amount of ongoing research discussions, coding conversations, and project-related work that are critical to my current workflow.\n\nI completely understand the need for automated security systems, but this honestly seems more like a mistaken suspension than an actual policy violation.\n\nIf anyone from the OpenAI / Trust & Safety team sees this, I would sincerely appreciate a manual review or any update regarding the appeal timeline.\n\nThank you very much.",
