  "textContent": "The same problem:\n\nChatGPT Desktop App (Microsoft Store) Version 1.2026.133.0\n\nProblem:\n\nSince updating to version 1.2026.133.0, the Windows desktop app is unusable.\n\nObserved behavior:\n\nThe app starts normally.\nThe interface briefly appears in German, then switches to English.\nThe chat area remains completely blank.\nEntered prompts disappear immediately.\nNo responses are displayed.\nThe Log In button does not respond.\nPlans and Prices is the only clickable button.\nNo errors appear in Windows Event Viewer.\n\nTroubleshooting already performed:\n\nUninstalled and reinstalled the app from the Microsoft Store.\nReset the app.\nDeleted local app data.\nRebooted Windows.\nDisabled antivirus.\nMicrosoft Edge WebView2 Runtime is installed.\nChatGPT works normally in the browser.\n\nAdditional information:\n\nThe exact same issue occurs on a second independent Windows PC after updating to the same app version.\nThe desktop app was working correctly 3–4 days earlier.\n\nThe issue has been reproduced on two different Windows computers.",
