When I tried to log back in, I received this message:\n“You do not have an account because it has been deleted or deactivated. If you believe this is an error, please contact us through our Help Center at help.openai.com.”\nError code: account_deactivated\nRequest ID: 8d48d919-3391-47a3-abc9-9b44dfdbbeaf\nI did not receive any email about violating rules, no warnings, and not even a notification that my account had been banned or deactivated.\nAfter browsing the forums, it seems this issue is related to payments made through Google Play. I had just upgraded to 5x Pro membership a couple of days ago.\nI submitted an appeal yesterday, but I still haven’t received any response yet.
