Automatically submit once upload is finished

Thanks for sharing this, @Wizofaus. I can definitely see why that would make the workflow feel slower when you're repeatedly typing a message and attaching a file. Auto-sending the message once the file finishes uploading sounds like a useful quality of life improvement for that use case. I've passed this suggestion along to our team so it can be logged and considered for future improvements. Hopefully we'll see the attachment flow become a bit smoother over time.
