Feature Request: Hierarchical Projects and Project Grouping

Thanks for sharing this detailed suggestion @ideafix.0 Having hierarchical Projects or reusable shared context would make it easier to manage larger, long-running workstreams without duplicating the same instructions and files across each Project. I’ll pass this feedback along to the team. ~ Smith
