  "textContent": "I was falsely banned for the most basic use of gpt 5.5 possible (literally developers do it daily) and my appeals were auto-denied. As someone that relied on it daily, the lack of real response from support on my case is disappointing.\n\nI still have no idea what terms of service I have actually violated. I thought codex was for coding and I was banned for using codex the way it was literally made to be used?\n\nIt has taken too long to fix so I have already moved over to another provider. How do I request the deletion of all my data if I can’t even log into my account at all? I can’t even download my information, I can’t do anything.\n\nThe AI support keeps telling me to appeal, i appealed 2nd time and its auto-denied instantly without review.\n\nAlso shows how unreliable OpenAI is as a company that they can just ban you for no reason, waste multiple days and never really have any human be able to get back to you to fix the false bans and you are stuck talking to an AI support that can’t help you.\n\nCase Number: 09961605",
