Unknown Indian phone number linked to my ChatGPT account

Hello everyone, I sign in to ChatGPT using my Google account. Recently, I noticed that my account is associated with an Indian phone number (+91 8091343821). This phone number does not belong to me, and it is not linked to my Google account. I am based in Vietnam and have never used an Indian phone number before. I am concerned about why this phone number is associated with my ChatGPT account and whether my account security could be affected. I contacted OpenAI Support about this issue last week, but I have not received any response yet. Has anyone experienced something similar? Is this possibly a legacy/system issue, or should I be concerned about my account security? Thank you for any advice or information.
