Hi OpenAI Support team, My ChatGPT Pro account (registered email on file) was deactivated in the early hours of June 21, 2026. I submitted an appeal, and it was marked “upheld” the same day with a standard response and no specific reason — which makes me think it may have been handled automatically rather than by a human. I am the sole owner of this account and used it only for legitimate professional work: academic research and teaching in international trade, and day-to-day work for my own company. I have never shared or resold the account, and I have never used third-party automation against the service. I believe this is a false positive.
