Windows Codex app cannot be elevated

@sergeliatko Are you talking about the CLI or the Windows app?

If you’re talking about the windows app I’d expect you to be giving a version number like 26.616.31447.

I believe it’s fixed in the CLI

I’m using the very latest Codex app.
