Support said they cannot modify, remove, or bypass phone-number verification.\n\nThis appears to be the same Codex-specific issue reported here: I can access ChatGPT, my email, Google Authenticator 2FA, and my API Platform account normally, but Codex still requires SMS verification to an old phone number I no longer have.\n\nI’m also a ChatGPT Pro subscriber with 5x Codex access and currently cannot use Codex.\n\nCase number: 10124521\nPrevious case number: 10140016\n\nCould someone from OpenAI please help escalate this?",
