Welcome to community @sofiamlimaf @ridvan and @akmal! That’s unfortunate to hear that despite deleting the files, the error persist. This will be a bit repetitive on this thread, but have any of you tried refreshing the page, starting a new conversation and signing out and back in and maybe also try an incognito/private window or another browser/device. Otherwise if none of these suggestions help, I’d recommend that you all contact the support. I’ve already posted support email address here on this thread.
