Codex Rate Limits Discussion Thread

I noticed abnormal pro 20x weekly limit consumption. before 15/6 : weekly limit is roughly 3 billion tokens after 15/6 : weekly limit dropped to roughly 0.5~0.7 billion tokens. a dialog with 30 million tokens consumed 6% weekly limit. Anyone has the same issue?
