I have opened multiple subsequent support tickets arguing my point, but they are getting nowhere because the system has flagged my account as “permanently reviewed,” even though a human has clearly never looked at it. To make matters worse, OpenAI has denied a refund for my active paid subscription.\n\nBecause I am stuck in an automated support loophole that standard frontend agents cannot override, I am requesting an escalation to a staff member or a Trust and Safety supervisor who can manually bypass the system lock.\n\nMy usage consists entirely of standard tasks: fact-checking internet articles, designing menus/recipes, managing workflows, reviewing my own personal VA claim documents, and casual conversation. The only heavy activity involves troubleshooting when the model gets stuck in repetitive loops.
