You never made the switch?\n\nGPT 5.5 seems to be degraded Codex CLI\n\n> I’m having the same issues as everybody else. This is very disturbing going backwards to 5.4. I’m getting tired of being a beta test site and not getting paid for it or some kind of discount for staying as a loyal customer. When this subscription is up, I think I’m moving to Claude. I hate being an alpha beta client. I’m not paying for this and they’re not paying me for this. Totally unacceptable.\n\nI really don’t personally see OpenAI is any different than Antrhopic when it comes to things being “bleeding edge” and prone to breakage.
