My /status on the codex cli tells me I have plus account with 99% free for use but when I try to give any prompt I take this: You’ve hit your usage limit. Upgrade to Plus to continue using Codex (https chatgpt com/explore/plus), or try again at Jul 13th,2026 6:58 PM.",
