"textContent": "**Platform:** Mobile App (iOS/Android – please specify which one you use)\n\n**Subscription:** ChatGPT Plus (3 months remaining)\n\n**Problem description:**\n\nSince a few days ago, every time I open the ChatGPT mobile app, I get a pop-up asking me to accept the updated Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (effective January 31, 2024).\n\nBelow the [Agree] and [Learn more] buttons, there is an error message in Indonesian:\n\n> *“Ada kesalahan. Silakan coba lagi nanti.”*\n\n> (English translation: “There is an error. Please try again later.”)\n\nI cannot click [Agree] or dismiss the pop-up – the error blocks me from using the app completely.\n\n**What I have tried:**\n\n- Force closing the app\n\n- Clearing app cache\n\n- Reinstalling the app\n\n- Logging out and back in (but I can’t even reach the settings because of the pop-up)\n\n**Additional context:**\n\n- On **desktop web** (browser) there is **no** Terms of Use pop-up – everything works fine.\n\n- On **mobile web** via browser also works.\n\n- The issue only exists in the **mobile app**.\n\n**Question for the community:**\n\nHas anyone else experienced this? Is there a known workaround? I really don’t want to delete my account because I have an active 3-month ChatGPT Plus subscription.\n\nAny help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.",
