  "textContent": "For me, a goal should not be started if codex was not given at least 1 file in a dedicated folder (current workspace).\n\nThe file has to have clear target, background of why, adjacent values to preserve, guidelines, clear executable plan, definition of done, tests coverage plan, tests results location, related docs pointer, decision framework, escalation framework, source docs or associated research.\n\nSo realistically the goal needs the whole folder with most of the above ready and ideally a start.md with goal prompt.\n\nThen launching a goal is\n\n/goal c://*/start.md (or plan.md) can you start please?\n\nThe folder is done by plan research + do research + evaluate options and provide recommendations + plan + improve plan by resolving gotchas + final plan ready to implement",
