  "textContent": "I chatted with the support bot for a good 45 minutes. At first it tried to offer support for Ads Manager, despite acknowledging the issue is with Agent Builder. Eventually I got the bot back on track and it required me to send 12 different sessions, trace IDs, request IDs, etc.\n\nThe bot eventually asked me to create a new minimum workflow, which I did and the error still persists.\n\nThe bot eventually told me to turn off Guardrails. When I said that we didn’t want to lose the safeguards against self-harm, it suggested that I put in a retry loop. This retry loop repeats infinitely because the Guardrails node is never successful.\n\nI finally said that I really needed to speak with a human, and the bot finally agreed. It said I “can expect a response in the coming days”.",
