"textContent": "I need to add a more serious update.\n\nYesterday, June 10 local time, I used only about 150M tokens. During that usage, my visible Pro 20x Codex weekly quota dropped from above 30% remaining to about 5% remaining.\n\nThat means roughly 150M tokens consumed more than 25 percentage points of the weekly quota. This is not normal for a paid Pro 20x account.\n\nThis is also not only my account anymore. Many paid Pro users around me are seeing the same huge effective quota drop. Several are already preparing to move serious coding work to Claude because Codex Pro usage is no longer predictable or usable for work.\n\nThis needs to be treated as a serious Pro quota/accounting issue, not generic feedback. Please route case 09851164 to the Codex quota/accounting or backend team and check Pro entitlement, quota bucket classification, metering changes, cached input, compaction, Fast mode, and Go mode handling.\n\nIf the backend investigation cannot finish quickly, affected paid Pro users need temporary quota restoration or adjustment while this is investigated.",
