After trying to reset it for about 20 hours, it was resolved. ChatGPT 5.5, which I used as a search tool, was unable to resolve the configuration issue for our service due to unnecessary logic in the guardrail. Engineers who need a solution within half a day could potentially lose their jobs and livelihoods. (The guardrail will probably emphasize that losing their livelihoods won’t endanger their lives.) Is there a documented procedure for resolving this recurring error? Or is the service designed to communicate via individual email?
