GPT-5.2 and GPT-5.3-Codex have been sunset in Codex with ChatGPT subscriptions

I managed to keep access to 5.3 with printenv OPENAI_API_KEY | codex login --with-api-key, after creating an API key from my account. Might not work for all subscription types

This will charge your API account directly and not use your ChatGPT subscription rate limited bundled allocation of course.

Curious how much 5.3 costs you this way. Please report back.
