  "textContent": "I’m sorry to hear about this happening to you and others.\n\nSo far, the only feedback I’ve seen is on X (twitter) that some accounts (perhaps Codex users detected using overages of services?) got banned inappropriately, that there would be action taken to review them, but I have not personally seen a follow up there.\n\nThe OpenAI staff here do support Codex features under the umbrella of “developers”, so it is an issue where you might expect some feedback to the code-writing-with-AI community here, but also nothing yet regarding accounts, which is usually “email support” for anything organization related even on API.\n\nHere is an example of “we’ll look into it further” happening here: Account Suspension Appeal — Incorrectly Deactivated on June 6 - #2 by OpenAI_Support - so it might just need patience.",
