  "textContent": "Hey I’ve had a similar situation just the charge was much higher, I’ve provided the openAI team with all the requested details, and only received automated/Ai responses, I received one email where I got this message:\n\n> Hello,\n>\n> Thank you for reaching out. We have already reviewed your appeal and the original decision stands.\n>\n> Best,\n>  The OpenAI team\n\nThe thing is I have no idea what the original decision was because I never got one, I’ve been trying to contact them for a week now because that’s when I received the invoice for May and when emailing them mid May they told me that we have to wait for the invoice to investigate and then maybe issue a refund. I’m not really sure what to do now, I’ve sent 3 follow up emails regarding this case, on both https://help.openai.com/en and support@openai.com and I still don’t know anything  I’ve received the information that it’s been escalated to a support specialist everytime but that’s basically it",
