Regarding the account being banned after a successful renewal

My own account, Pro20x, is being used normally. However, the automatic renewal failed. After 4 hours of successful manual renewal, my account was banned. I was not told why. If that’s the case, shouldn’t I get a refund? I didn’t even use it?
