There’s so many variables. It comes down to the tokens, though, as you know.

I’m kinda surprised AI is so cheap and plentiful… most other new tech is super expensive at first. To their credit OpenAI was/is trying to make AI affordable and useful for everyone , which is hard to do with so much competition now. However, that’s good for the consumer in that you could get nearly a billion tokens for a couple hundred bucks.

I’d keep trying with support. In my experience, they do care and try to do the right thing. There’s just so many people and problems now.
