My previous Support Case Number: 09807103 and appeal number: [C-9LRFjh3jzO0x].\n\nMy other account was deactivated last Friday while I had monthly PLUS subscription. The chat histories are very important for my career and I am very confident I was not violating any kind of OpenAI policies. The account is used solely for my academic research and professional idea generations. I may have had some IP switching due to work travelling. Nevertheless none of this involve inappropriate usage or sharing account.\n\nI’d really appreciate it if the support team could take another look and restore my account if it was a mistake. Please let me know if you need any more information. On a side note, how can I cancel subscription now that I can’t access my account? Thank you so much!",
