  "textContent": "Hey @Nebulazer, that does sound frustrating, especially since the request is falling back to a regular Pro thinking response instead of starting Deep Research.\n\nSince this has happened more than once and across different devices, it would be best to reach out to support@openai.com with a screen recording, HAR file, approximate timestamps, and the devices/browsers where it happened.\n\nIf you already have a support case open, feel free to share the case ID here and I can take a look.\n\n- Sunny",
