"textContent": "Banned: June 5, 17:53 UTC\n\nI’ve been appealing through email for days with no response and my account\nstill hasn’t been restored.\n\nThis looks exactly like the June 5 system glitch that hit a bunch of other\nusers. A lot of them already got the “we incorrectly deactivated your account”\nemail and their accounts back. I got banned in the same window but nothing\nhas moved for mine — no reply, no unban.\n\nFor context: I’m a CS student focused on deep learning and computer vision.\nI use ChatGPT heavily for studying and research. All my chat history,\nconversation threads with code debugging, paper discussions, experiment\nnotes — a lot of important stuff is locked in there right now. Losing access\nis a real setback for my work.\n\nI’ve never done anything that should trigger a ban. No automation, no API\nmisuse, no policy-violating content, no account sharing, no shady payment.\nJust normal personal use as a student.\n\nI’m not asking for special treatment — I’m asking for the same manual review\nthat already cleared the other false positives on June 5. If a human looks at\nmy account activity, it’ll be obvious there’s no violation.\n\nI’ve read the Usage Policies and I’m confident I haven’t broken any of them.\n\nThank you.",
