“Through Time” theme feels perfect for AI it’s a chance to explore how technology

I’d phrase it more as: the user can explore what a simple “past and future through time” prompt does with the image models output.

AI doesn’t really explore or imagine by itself; it generates from the prompt, training patterns and constraints. As @DysTopia already explained, if the prompt is already heavily biased, the result becomes more the user’s vision rendered through AI’s visual training than a neutral test of the image model’s output.
