"textContent": "On ChatGPT Plus, Codex code review fails on every @codex review with: “To use Codex here, create a Codex account and connect to github” — even though the GitHub connection shows as connected.\n\nBackground: the connector was first set up under a different account whose workspace later deactivated. The error started as “This workspace is deactivated. Select an active workspace.”\n\nAfter switching to my active account, it changed to the “connect to GitHub” message above and persists.\n\nTried, all self-serve: disconnect/reconnect in Codex; revoke the OAuth grant (Authorized GitHub Apps) + reconnect; fully uninstall the GitHub App + reconnect granting all repos; waited between attempts. The connector replies in ~10s but only ever returns the “connect to GitHub” message above — never a review.\n\nLooks like a server-side auth desync tied to the old (deactivated) account’s binding (same as github discussion openai/codex #9277 and #11881).\n\nHas anyone cleared this without waiting on support?\nAny way to fully reset the connector’s account binding?",
