Add a Refresh / Sync Now button to the ChatGPT macOS app

Thanks for sharing this feedback, @ad5jo I can see how a manual Refresh / Sync Now option would be useful, especially when moving between the iPhone app, web app, and macOS app and expecting changes to appear immediately. I'll pass this feedback along to the team for consideration.
