  "textContent": "Welcome to the community @Glennie86!\n\nGlennie86:\n\n> I’ve deleted the cache memory and deleted the app and redownloaded it as well as tried in a brand new conversation and still the same.\n\nYou’ve already tried some things, but here’s few more things worth checking and observing:\n\n  * whether it happens with every image or only specific file sizes/formats\n  * whether it happens on Wi-Fi and mobile data\n  * whether VPN/proxy/security filters are enabled\n  * whether the app is fully updated (you had deleted and then reinstalled it)\n  * whether the same image works from web/desktop\n\n\n\nI’d also recommend to check this, OpenAI’s troubleshooting article:\n\nhttps://help.openai.com/en/articles/9247338-network-recommendations-for-chatgpt-errors-on-web-and-apps\n\nAlso, image uploads are subject to ChatGPT vision message limits, so if it happens after many image uploads, that could be relevant too.\n\nIf you start by checking if any of those above suggestions might help​",
