  "textContent": "Thanks for clarifying.\n\nIn my opinion this should be looked by the Support, since it may be a payment-form/address-parsing issue.\n\nI’d recommend opening a Support case by emailing them support@openai.com and including:\n\n  * screenshot of the Payment Method form fields shown\n  * screenshot of the exact validation error after submitting\n  * country/region selected\n  * card issuer country\n  * confirmation that this happens with multiple UAE-issued cards\n\n\n\nI’d avoid posting private address/card details publicly as in here at the forum.\n\nSometimes someone from Support may reply in a thread and ask for the case ID if they need to follow up internally. I can’t promise that will happen, since I’m only another user here, but I just wanted to mention the usual routine and no private details will never be asked to share here.",
