Built-in Apps disappear after invoking a custom MCP connector in the same ChatGPT conversation

1. I reported the issue through support. 2. I was not immediately given a ticket number. 3. A community staff member asked for that ticket number. 4. When I finally had the ticket number and tried to provide it, the topic had already been closed. 5. The “contact a staff member” path did not provide a clear way to actually reach forum staff.
