It uses probability and the difference between what is good and what the majority thinks is good can be huge. Especially when you have personal preferences that are not based on what the majority thinks is good. You are asking for excellence with room for average. If you want it to be superior, then explain what judgement means. How to judge what is good and what is not. And I don’t think that existing techniques are generally all good. Question them all until you have a prove that they work 100%.
