Codex Account Just Got Banned - I Have No Idea Why, Please help

my account was banned 2 weeks ago. apparently a policy violation in an API org took down my entire personal account with it. OpenAI support got involved and said they were looking into it, but since then there’s been no follow-up and I still have zero access. seeing this made me wonder: was there a wave of account bans in the weeks before today too? or am I the only one? you have no idea how much it would ease my anxiety to know this didn’t just start today; that something was already brewing in the days before. really hoping my case is somehow part of this and gets caught in the fix. will proceed to continue patiently waiting and hope that at least i get my data back…
